The same glaze, applied to four bowls fired together, produces four completely different results. The warm sandy ochre, the soft celadon green, the pale dusty blue, and the deep speckled near-black you see here are not colour options. They are four individual outcomes of the same process, gathered into a set because together they are more interesting than any one of them alone.
