How to Use:
- Remove the tamper seal and lid.
- Dissolve 1/2 cup into a warm bath, or add 1 tablespoon to a foot soak.
- Relax and immerse for 20 minutes or as desired.
- Reseal the container tightly after each use. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
For Sensitive Skin or New Users:
If you are new to topical magnesium or have sensitive skin, begin with half the recommended amount for the first 1 to 2 weeks. A mild tingling sensation can occur at first and usually settles. If irritation continues, discontinue use and consult your healthcare professional.
