Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, for example in the case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or a suspected fraudulent transaction. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, however if a pricing error is identified after your order is placed we will contact you before proceeding. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and Paypal. We do not store your card details.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, available at homeandlife.com.au/shipping-policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, available at homeandlife.com.au/refund-returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMT Home and Lifestyle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products purchased through it. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
